Signable Named One of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ for 2024

We are excited to share that Signable has earned a place on the prestigious UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ list for 2024, as determined by Great Place to Work® UK. This recognition highlights our commitment to fostering an outstanding work environment, ranking us among the top organisations in the small business category.
Our employees have reported that Signable’s flexible working policy is a key factor that makes the company a great place to work. Launched in 2021, this initiative allows our team to choose where they work best, whether from home or in the office. This policy was introduced following a company-wide survey to ensure that it met the needs of our workforce, and its rollout included tailored support for both remote and hybrid work setups. Since then, our team members have shared that they feel more satisfied with their jobs, experience better mental wellbeing, and have become more productive. These positive changes have truly helped us create a culture of trust and empowerment where everyone feels valued and supported.

Great Place to Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index© survey to evaluate the experiences of employees across the UK tech industry. They analysed feedback on key aspects such as work-life balance, psychological safety, job satisfaction, and financial security. The survey revealed that 93% of employees at the UK’s Best Workplaces in Tech™ are proud to work for their organisation, compared to a sector average of 69%. Additionally, 87% of employees at these workplaces plan to stay long-term, significantly higher than the industry average of 67%.
