As we say goodbye to 2024, it’s time to reflect on the exciting progress we’ve accomplished at Signable. Packed with innovative new features, major certifications, and a whole lot of community spirit, this year was all about enhancing our service and ramping up our capabilities.

Innovations and feature releases

2024 saw us turning up the dial on innovation! We’ve been busy rolling out some fantastic features and refining old favourites to make your Signable experience smoother and more delightful than ever:

Revamped envelope send flow

This year brought a fresh, sleek design to our envelope sending process. It’s the trusty Signable workflow you know but now even smoother. Document selection and party information entry are now more intuitive, and – everyone’s favorite – you can go back and tweak your envelopes without having to start from scratch!

Slack integration

Meet our star integration of the year: communications platform, Slack. This new integration brings real-time updates right to your Slack channels, making document management a breeze. Available across all our plans (including PAYG), this integration has been a game-changer for keeping our users in the loop effortlessly.

Duplicate Envelopes

Say hello to the ultimate time-saver: the Duplicate Envelope feature. Need to send a similar document again? Just hit duplicate, make any necessary tweaks, and off it goes. It’s simplicity at its best.

Enhanced timezone support

We’ve gone global! (Well, more so.) Our enhanced timezone functionality means that no matter where you are, your documents will show timestamps that make sense in your locale.

ISO 27001 certification

We’re not just about innovation; we’re about security too! Achieving ISO 27001 certification was a major milestone, reinforcing our commitment to the highest standards of data security, and ensuring that your data is safer than ever with us.

Building community and sharing knowledge

The Signable Community platform

2024 welcomed the launch of the Signable Community platform – a buzzing new hub for our users to mingle, share insights, and grow their eSigning savvy. It’s the place to be for everything from pro tips to inspiring user stories. Come and join us!

Events and discussions

• Women in Tech: We kicked off International Women’s Day with a bang, hosting an empowering Women in Business event right here in Bristol. The day was filled with inspiring stories from women who are making waves in business.

• Bristol Tech Fest: Our very own MD, Dave, took the stage at the Bristol & Bath Cyber Conference to discuss the importance of security culture in SaaS businesses. His insights left quite the impression!

• SaaStock Local Christmas Networking Event: More recently, we began the festive season with our very own SaaStock networking event, connecting with local tech professionals in Bristol.

Collaboration with Slack

One of the year’s highlights was our dazzling two-day shoot with Slack at our Bristol office. This partnership wasn’t just about having fun with cameras – it let us shine a spotlight on how we use Slack to boost productivity and enhance our customer service.

Community Contributions

• Charitable efforts: We ramped up our charitable efforts, raising £1,142 for various causes – an 80% increase from last year. Highlights include our participation in ‘Wear it Pink’ for breast cancer, raising over £352.

• Local support: Throughout 2024, our team have been active volunteers with the Wild Goose Café, helping to feed people without a home in Bristol. We’ve also sponsored the beloved Bristol Balloon Fest, making sure our presence supports community spirits.

Looking ahead: 2025 and beyond

As we look to the future, 2025 is shaping up to be even more exciting. Expect more integrations, further enhancements to our platform, and deeper community involvement. Stay tuned – next year promises to be another groundbreaking year for Signable!
